2. Eligibility

To use Delinow’s services:

3. Use of Services

Delinow provides a platform for restaurants, retailers, and customers to facilitate:

  • Online ordering.
  • QR code-based customer onboarding and digital menus.
  • Billing, payment, and order management solutions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Transaction Fee: During the trial period, Delinow charges a 2.5% + GST transaction fee for online payments. Paid subscriptions are charged at 12.5% + GST.
  • Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Delinow, including logos, trademarks, graphics, and software, is the property of Bikrimart Services Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and orders.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not use the platform to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Delinow and Bikrimart Services Private Limited shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • Service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized access to your account.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or other users.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of Delinow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective as of the date it is posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah, West Bengal.
