Please note that shipping and delivery are managed directly by the vendors, and Delinow acts solely as a service provider. The shipping terms and costs may vary depending on the vendor, product type, and customer preferences.
Shipping & Delivery Options
Instant & Scheduled Deliveries
Customers can choose to receive their orders instantly (within 2 hours) or select a preferred delivery time slot at checkout.
Instant delivery is subject to the vendor’s availability and operational capacity.
Courier & Third-Party Logistics
Some vendors may use third-party courier services for shipping orders beyond their local delivery areas.
In such cases, customers may be provided with a tracking number to monitor their order’s progress.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may apply based on the vendor’s policies, order size, and delivery distance.
Any additional shipping costs will be clearly mentioned at checkout before order confirmation.
Order Tracking & Updates
If an order is being shipped via a third-party courier, the vendor is responsible for updating the tracking details.
Customers can track their order status through the Delinow app by visiting the ‘My Orders’ section.
Any delays or issues related to shipping should be communicated directly with the vendor through the in-app chat feature.
Vendor Responsibility in Shipping
Vendors must ensure timely dispatch and accurate order fulfillment.
If a vendor fails to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, they must inform the customer and update the status accordingly.
Vendors using third-party courier services must provide accurate tracking details to ensure transparency.
Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
If customers experience delivery issues, they are advised to contact the vendor first through the Delinow chat system.
For unresolved disputes, customers can escalate the issue by reaching out to Delinow Support Team at help@delinow.in.
Note: Delinow does not directly handle shipping or logistics. We facilitate order placement and communication between customers and vendors. Vendors are fully responsible for fulfilling and delivering orders as per their shipping policies.
