Cancellation Policy
At Delinow, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, partners, and delivery associates. However, we understand that there may be situations where cancellations are necessary. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders can be canceled across our platform.
For Customers
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel an order before it is accepted by the store/restaurant.
Once an order is accepted and prepared, cancellation may not be possible, and no refund will be issued.
If a customer cancels an order after it has been dispatched, they will be charged a cancellation fee to compensate the store/restaurant and delivery partner.
Refund Policy
Prepaid orders: If canceled before acceptance, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
COD orders: No charges will be applied if canceled before acceptance. If an order is canceled due to store/restaurant unavailability, a full refund will be initiated.
For Restaurants & Retail Partners
Order Cancellation
Partners can cancel an order only before acceptance due to unavailability of stock or operational issues.
If a partner cancels an order after accepting it, they may be penalized based on our partner agreement.
Refund & Penalty Policy
If a prepaid order is canceled by a partner, the customer will receive a full refund.
Repeated order cancellations by a partner may lead to temporary suspension or delisting from Delinow.
For Delivery Partners
Cancellation Rules
Delivery partners can cancel a delivery before pickup if they face an emergency or unforeseen issue.
Frequent cancellations without valid reasons may lead to lower priority for future orders or temporary account suspension.
Earnings & Compensation
If a delivery partner cancels after picking up an order, they will not receive delivery fees.
If a cancellation happens due to merchant or customer fault, the delivery partner will be compensated accordingly.
Exceptional Cases & Customer Support
If an order is canceled due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), no penalties will be applied.
